MindSurf is a simple and elegant app that helps you experience a mindful type of state so you can

manage stress and cope with mental anxiety, improve focus and even quality of life. It allows you to

take stock of the activities that keep you busy every day and then focus on the things that really matter

to you!

MindSurf is the app for people who sometimes feel that their mind is "full" and in constant mental

distress. ​ If you sometimes feel pulled in different directions and impossibly stretched or even stuck,

MindSurf can help you reclaim your life through a positive mindset. Your life will become more content

clinical psychologists based on what they have found to be effective towards your happiness through

positive mindset and improve your mental focus and wellbeing.

When you receive these thought provoking questions you have the option of either typing an answer to

the question like an SMS text message or even saying the answer out loud. Answering these questions

will put your mind at rest and calm you. The important thing is that you express your thought in some

way so that you get a chance to relieve anxiety and cope with distress, improve mental focus and

quality of life.

As you answer these questions you’ll become more aware of your thought processes and mindset that

you might only be vaguely conscious of most of the time. You’ll become clearer about the things in life

that are truly important to you, that matter the most, and ensure that you’re living your life with

happiness, calmness and a positive mindset.
